Orders

The product sheet allows you to further explore all details. Search for other available pictures and click on it to view full page zoom picture.

In the order confirmation page, you’ll be able to select preferred payment method and indicate your shipping address.

Once the order will be completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary.

Shipments

Shipment cost

Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluded national holidays, will be processed generally the same day, latest the following day.

Orders received on Sunday, Saturday or bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

We use express courier that can guarantee delivery.

Return

You can return the product without any penalty and without providing any explanation within 14 business days.

Paypal Payment

You can choose PayPal as a payment method in your shopping cart. By clicking on CONCLUDE THE ORDER, after confirming your order data, the PayPal page will open from which you can make the payment without any commission even if you do not have a PAYPAL account.

Payment Charge

For orders placed by credit card and PayPal, Greencat charges the full amount on the date of the order.
In any case, only the cost of the products actually sent and the related shipping costs, if any, will be charged

Coupon

The purchase coupon is a personalized code, issued on special occasions, which allows you to access exclusive promotions and initiatives on Greencat products.
How to use it: enter the code in the "purchase coupon" space, and press "Apply". If the purchase coupon has been used correctly, the total of your order will be immediately updated. Remember to always check the details of the promotion, including the validity date of the code and the products on which it applies. Only one coupon can be applied per order.
